Shopify Product & Excel File Sync
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Objective: Ensure all products on the website match the details in the corresponding Excel files. You will be provided a folder that contains all of the Excel files. Ensure all products on the website are found in these Excel files. If any products on the website are not found in the Excel files, or if something does not match (e.g., photos not matching the SKU), please note the product and log any changes made to all products worked on.
Follow these checks:
Product Category: Check if the product category on the site matches what’s listed in the Excel sheet.
Pricing: Ensure pricing is displayed on the website. If pricing is missing, note the product, but make no changes.
Taxes: Confirm that the "Charge Taxes" checkbox is selected.
SKU: Verify the SKU on the website matches the SKU in the Excel sheet.
Barcode: Ensure the barcode for each size on the website matches what’s in the Excel sheet.
Available Stock: Make sure each product has at least 50 units in stock per size.
On-hand Availability: Confirm that all products have a minimum of 50 units per size.
Weight: Check that a weight is listed for each product. If missing, note the product, but make no changes.
Size: Verify that the sizes on the website match the sizes listed in the Excel sheet. If no size is found in the Excel sheet, note the product. If possible, add the sizing based on other similar products.
Image Quality: Ensure all low-quality images are replaced with higher-resolution versions. Use the images provided in the Excel sheet to replace the ones on the website. If a higher-resolution counterpart is not available, leave the low-resolution image as-is.
If you cannot find something, or if any details do not match, please note the product and log all changes made to every product worked on.
