Shopify Embed Excel (multiple tabs) with Preview and also organise Canva links - Shopify Account Knowledge

I need someone that knows how to use excel shopify and can edit canva links. The job is to get an excel onto my website so that when users go to the website they see a preview of the excel, they can fill the excel in and then download it easily to their system. I want the file to save into their shopify account so it doesnt just disappear. The job is to test this on all platforms iphone, android phones, tablets and computers. The customer will have to login to get access to this excel file which is a wheel of life life coaching type of file. The tabs in the excel will allow them to enter details into this excel which will show them where they are in different aspects of their life. There is a tab where there are down loadable canva worksheets (100-120 of them ) i want the person to use my canva account and make a copy of the canva links i give you then share a link into the exercises website page so they list all of these worksheets per chapter of a book the reader will be reading. So each chapter has worksheets and i want to make it super easy for the user to download and print off the worksheets and also track which worksheets they have downloaded and which ones they have not. Thats the job. It should only take about 2-3 hours of work to do this. Please only apply if you know how to embed an excel into a shopify website. Regards Colin from Ireland
