Shopify - CSV Export/Import Product Image Ratios - Filter Image Ratios & Add Product tags
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Hi,
We have an Art and Photo websites that we need to query the image ratio so that applicable options (e.g. framing types and costs) can be placed against each piece of art, or, photo.
Note: The program will need to handle up to 20K products, mainly sorted in batches of 500 products at a time.
What we need is a server based program to import CSV files from Shopify that allows us to interrogate the product images and the related image ratios.
Once we have obtained the product image ratio (for every product for the Art & Photo site) we need to add a related Product Tag to every product.
So that we can easily filter out similar product images with the same ratio (or, similar with a given tolerance for the X and Y values)
Once we filtered out the specified product image ratios (against the values specified) we then need to add Product Key Words to those products.
Finally, the revised CSV file with the additionaly Product Tags needs to be exported for use within Shopify to update the existing products.
As a guide the program would have the following input fields for searching the Product Image Directory:
For each of the below it estimated that we would need repeating 16 times for the X/Y values, to search for possible variations that we are looking for.
1/ X and Y manual input fields for the Ratio Values, that could be anything E.g. 1:1, 3:2, 16:9, 2:1, 4:3, etc.
2/ X and Y manual input values for specifying tolerance values. E.g if we input tolerance values of X=10 and Y=10 the X/Y ratio values above, would carry out a search at +/- 10% for each value.
3/ Text Field to add additional Product Key Words to the Product. E.g. SQR50
The other thing is the program would be run numerous times and would need a method of being able to select, or, deselect product images that have already been sorted!

We have come across a similar program that someone had written for Microsoft Windows that would give you some idea of what we are looking to achieve in Shopify, see link below:
Note: This program as an example, only sorts for 1 set of ratios at a time.

We have attached a simple hand sketch of the user input interface for the various ratios that would need to be filtered.
