SharePoint Cascading Dropdown

I need a simple, maintainable cascading-dropdown feature added to an existing SharePoint page. The two dropdowns will be populated from columns in an Excel file that I upload to a document library, and the second dropdown must filter dynamically based on the first. Once a user picks an item in the second dropdown, two text results—labeled “Result A” and “Result B”—should display immediately on the page.
