Setup Microsoft office 365 E3

I am looking to set up a Microsoft Office 365 E3 plan and have three questions to answer in order to ensure I get the best service package. I need all of the applications included with this package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. I do not have an existing Office 365 account, so I'm open to suggestions for the best plan for a new user. I also require multi-factor authentication for added security. If you are qualified and experienced in setting up a Microsoft Office 365 E3 plan with all the necessary features, I would love to hear back from you. Thank you!
