Set Panel y Axis

I would like a VBA script to install and run as an Illustrator CC Action. An object has been pasted to the active Illustrator document and the x axis has been transformed to a set value. The y axis needs to be transformed to a value that has been calculated by Excel. I need a script to go to Excel and retrieve a cell value, and use it to transform the y axis of the pasted object (which is still selected) to that retrieved value. The script will be run in any currently active Illustrator document, but always under the same conditions and at the same point in the process. The Excel workbook is already open at the correct worksheet and the cell reference to retrieve the y value from is W1. The worksheet is "Sessions" in the workbook ""C:\Users\John Forrest\Documents\Plaza\Sessions.xlsm" .
