Budget: $30 – $250 USD
i have 2 seperate sheets that almost do what i want but i would like integrate them and add a couple of things..
there is a template i sent and i absolutely LOVE everything it does and how it reports automatically to the other reports... i want that to stay the same
on the image i sent i want to be able to take the pieces of this and add to the template i love...
the tweeks i need on the image is i need the amount column and the expense column to total automatically BUT also add a conditional function that once a row is marked DONE that it auto pops a calculation ( billed - expense= total x 7.5%)
on the template i want to keep Project then add Location ( to add city names) keep tasks and assignee. keep start date and days required and it auto pops a date on end date based off start date + days required
-i would like to move the work order right before task
-change Progress to be not started, in progress and done and depending on those entries would be depend on how it auto pops the other data in the sheet
- after progress mimic the image and have amount , bill date due date ( add function the due date auto pops a date 45 days after the bill date) expenses, paid/over due ( with the function mentions above on what happens when marked paid) and then the bility to sign who inputed the info a spot for notes
on the template based on what is entered in the main chart it then reports to an unfinished chart and overdue tasks chart
can there be a Paid chart as well as past due if so the 7.5% calculation can just be added to the PAID chart
on the 2nd tab on the bottom all that info is also auto generated based off the main chart
the 1st project table i like how it shows each project broken down
the 2nd table is broken down by the employee completing the task but we dont need days engaged or max man days
finally on the 3rd tab the dashboard i would like something like what you see here but reports better and also add the financial component so we can see what the avg expense and billed is avg paid versus unpaid and past due
whew lol i know this was alot but i wanted to be clear on what it is im looking for so that im not wasting your time down the line i hope we are able to get this built thank you for taking a look.
