Service Schedule Development for Mini Moving Company

I am looking for an Excel expert to create a detailed service schedule for my mini moving company, which consists of 5 groups with 4 members each. The project requires:
- A rotating clearance system between groups.
- Integration of a pre-defined time off system into the schedule.
- The ability to plan out an entire year with fixed days off.
- Simple manual insertion of vacations into the schedule using a calendar view.
- Daily sheets for workers detailing their duties.
One group member is always in the telephone center while the rest are in the car. The services they provide are always 4 hours long. The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong understanding of Excel, with experience in creating complex scheduling systems.
