Service Order Form
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We would like to use an existing excel sheet to create a Microsoft list to start and track existing service orders. We can provide a sample of what the current sheet looks like to give you an idea of what we are looking for. below is a breif description of what we are looking for
SHEET 1 - WORK ORDER list ( this should match the information of the excel sheet I provid ) ( this should be linked to customer list and parts list )
This should be a sequental number everytime you start a new one and be able to track open and closed work orders.
FOR INTERNAL W/O
UNIT INFORMATION SHOULD BE LINKED TO FLEET AND ASSET LIST ( curently in sharepoint )
( when vieing the fleet and asset list in the future , can we see what past work orders have been done ?
FOR EXTERNAL LIST
LINKED TO NEW LIST OF MACHINE
Additional items as we progress
Report on certain items – such as weekly reports on open work orders
Alerts on open work orders
