Sensory sheet data collection and summary sheet

Hi there,
I need help, attached is a excel sheet which I prepared, however data transfer is missing, the summary sheet should total all scores filled in /divided by total days completed (this changes day by day)
It should also list all remarks below each category of economy, standard or deluxe on the summary sheet.
Each sheet should auto calculate the value once I input a x mark and auto add this to the summary sheet.
When I put remarks it should summarize them under each category on the summary sheet
