Send out specific codes from excel list to unique email adresses from excel list

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me send out specific codes from an Excel list to unique email addresses also from an Excel list. The codes are in a numeric-only format and need to be sent using Outlook. I will provide the message content that needs to be included in the email. Approx 1.000 emails involved, this is no spam but involves a real sold product.
