I have 4000 WhatsApp numbers in Excel files and need some one to send WhatsApp message ( image ) to all numbers.
And he should give me proof that he sent successfully.
Another proof, this 4000 numbers will contain 25 numbers belong to me and my friends and message should arrive to all 25 numbers Otherwise message not successfully sent..
