Seeking Quality Assurance & Training Professional

I graduated from the Tourism Education and Training Centre in Bandung, Indonesia.
During my education I had 1 (one) year for job training, the first 6 months I acted as a waiter in the Coffee Shop and Fine Dining Room, then the next 6 months I acted as a supervisor in the Coffee Shop, Fine Dining Room, Japanese Restaurant, Banquet and F&B Analysis. With this educational background, I know quite a lot about the working environment in hotel industries. I used to work at Accor Hotel as Quality Assurance Manager, It was my added value when I had to handle the employees who were responsible for Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation whether in all restaurants or guest rooms where they must implement Food Safety they got from the training At the same time I also interacted with them and to see how the employees applied it in their operations and also I can see the competence and expertise of each employee. In my previous experience positions as Learning and Development Manager at Best Denki, IKEA and Texas Chicken, and also as National Hygiene Manager at Carrefour Hypermarket and QA Manager at Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers.
In my work experienced, I have worked from the lowest position in operational section.
The first time, I worked as an Assistant Manager at Wendy's Hamburgers Restaurant. When I was in that position, I was responsible for running the operations smoothly, according to procedures with reference to Quality Service and Cleanlines to achieve guest satisfaction.
And in my opinion, what I did as Quality Assurance and Learning and Development were very much correlated in developing employees and implementing their duties and responsibilities, in this case relating to the quality that has been set to achieve company targets.
