Secure Conference Task Tracker

I want only in excel I am rolling out an internal brand plan product management of several established brands and future pipeline must include conference-management tool that brings together a shared calendar and a robust to-do system, all built to handle highly sensitive information. The core of the build is a brandable, self-hosted tracker where every session, speaker hand-off, and logistics task lives in one place.

Here is what the finished product must do for us:
• Task assignment & tracking: create, delegate, and reassign action items with user-level permissions.
• Deadline reminders: automated, configurable notifications via email and in-app alerts so nothing slips.
• Progress status updates: quick updates, percentage completions, and color-coded indicators that roll up into dashboards.
• Calendar integration: sessions, meetings, and deadlines appear in a single view that syncs in real time across entire work book
Must also be styles and formatted to look pleasant pretty and professional

Security is non-negotiable. The solution must protect confidential data end-to-end, enforce strong authentication, and ship with an auditable permissions model. If you have experience implementing encrypted storage, secure API layers, or compliance workflows, that’s exactly the mindset I need.
