Scripting a webpage and getting quality information for 300 different branches

There is a school webpage in which, you can select the municipality of your interest and get the average grades report for students in that branch. The results are both shown on web and also are downloadable as excel.
The number of branches are 300.
From each branch, I need 10 grades. Image 1 shows where you get the info.
Image 2 shows how I need the data to be delivered.
