Script to upload an excel file and download images of a column stored as URL

I need a script that allow user to upload an excel file and download images stored as URL in a column.
I attach example file of the excel.. are the columns S and T that needs to be downloaded in bulk. The name of the downloaded images should be the ID of the column A plus a "_1" for the column S and "_2" for the column T.
Example of the row 2: 490314022_1.jpg (filename of column S) and 490314022_2.jpg (filename of column T)
Can be a MACRO for excel 2013 or an online script that allow to upload excel and download images.
