Scrapping odds from bookmarkers

I'm looking for somebody able to develop a program in order to scrap several times a day, some defined odds from bookmaker's websites, and to automatically order it in an excel or another access database.

Bookmakers are:
Pinnacle
Betwinner
Betano
Bet7
Bettilt
LeonBet

The first 3 bookmarkers are mandatory, the other ones are optional.
