I have OCR docs that have been converted from PDF format. The original documents are PDF scans, so they were converted to OCR so that recognizable text could be highlighted in the PDF, copied and then pasted into a Google Sheet.
The content is unstructured. Within each document there is certain information that I need extracted and populated into a Google Sheet. Experience with Real Estate documents is preferred. Please note that handwritten text in the OCR document is not converted perfectly and will probably have to be read and then typed into Google Sheets manually.
You can perform this task manually if you wish to, but I believe that a scraping bot would be better (however, does not seem to work on the handwritten entries) since I will eventually have hundreds more documents with data to be extracted.
Please download the sample documents (with instructions) for you to test. I am not sure how difficult this task will be for scraping since the content is unstructured. Please download the test documents and contact me with your results within a Google Sheet with the data specified in the instructions document. There are three samples that need to have data extracted and entered into a Google Sheet so that I know that you understand how to perform the task.
The chosen freelancer will need to perform this task for 279 additional documents. Please base your bid upon this number.
