HR Scorecard

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a comprehensive HR scorecard for my organization. I would like the scorecard to include specific metrics such as employee turnover rate, employee satisfaction, and training and development investment. Additionally, I have identified some HRBP goals I would like the scorecard to include in order to measure the success of those initiatives. I am looking to have this project completed within a week.
