We need a spreadsheet to help us determine what it will cost for natural gas to run the generator.

The generator produces 70kw@480vac, 3ph (changeable if needed)
The cost/Therm=$1.0044 (changeable if needed)
The cost of electricity is $0.12/kWh (changeable if needed)
Need to know if this generator will be more efficient than buying power from the grid.
Factor in $500/month for the cost of the generator in the spreadsheet, but we want to be able to change this number if needed.
