School Microsoft Access Database

I am in charge of tracking attendance and punctuality data for a small school. I need a Microsoft Access database constructed that contains 15 fields of data entry per student. There are certain fields that must be expandable-scaleable in order to accommodate multiple entries.
The Microsoft Access database must be searchable by the student's last name or first name. The entire Microsoft Access database must be expandable-scaleable to at least 200 students. The Microsoft Access database must fit within a printable window that is 8-1/2" wide (a standard sheet of paper). It is not required to be Mac-user friendly. The attached PDF file contains the data fields that are needed.
