Scheduling Project
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Attached is a cleaning project that I am scheduling. I need someone who has experience with MS project or Gantt Charts.
Given:
- 8 employees who work 8 hours a day
- These employees work Monday - Friday
- Project Start Date is 16 Jan 23
- Desired end date for the complete project is 31 March 23, but I want the project to be completed as soon as possible
Finished Product will meet these requirements.
- MS Project file with all the tasks in it. I am also willing to accept an XL file
- Create a start and finished date for each task
- Multiple tasks can be completed each day.
- Need a presentation of work completed by day, week and month
- The tasks are divided by category
- Each task must be within the confines of employee hours per day ( 64 hours per day)
- Each task must be able to be colored (Blue = Employee, Yellow = COntract, Orange = TBD (To be Determined)
- Each task bar must be able to be relabeled
- Any project that is TBD will be orange
- I will need at least 3 revisions before completing the project
