Sample data entry into excel spreadsheet

I have a lot more work to be done if this goes well - 1,000 pages or more. This job is for entering about fourteen pages of data into an excel spreadsheet. If someone has Abbyy Flexicapture or other similar software, we can discuss automating the process.
