Sales cold calls

I am a waste removal company for multi-family communities in need of someone who can make 100-150 cold calls to Property Management Companies & Communities. Sales script footprint can be provided but I want this person to "own" the script. A partial list of candidates provided but will also require some independent research of targeted areas and clients. Excel spreadsheet tracking of each call outcome.
