Sales Report with Dashboard in Excel

We are seeking someone to build a Sales Report specifically in Excel that presents as a Dashboard however links data and input from multiple other reports (Excel Files). It will be linking Monthly Reports from multiple departments (4 to be precise) and comparing sales data from the previous year for each department. Each month our managers will complete this monthly report in Excel which will include sales data and ratings and we want that data to link into a central Excel file and present as a Dashboard for us (Directors) to get a snap shot of how our departments are going against the same month the previous year and against each other. Please quote your hourly rate and provide a sample of a Dashboard you have created in the past. From there - of the Freelancers that seem appealing (combination of practical hourly rate and quality of previous work) - I will then award and submit more detail (as far as specific headings, files and data to be collated).
