Design a Business Performance Dashboard

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX or graphic designer to create a clean, executive-level PowerPoint-style dashboard, PowerPoint, or similar tools.

The dashboard will be used for monthly business reviews and should include dynamic sections to track:
1. New Business & Renewals (by status)
2. Group-level insights for accounts with amount over 20K
3. KPI Cards (Opportunities, Lives, GWP, AOP %)
4. Charts for AOP vs. Actual performance (line/bar)
5. Pie charts for Region and Channel distribution


Deliverables:
• One clean, editable dashboard design (Figma, PowerPoint, or Illustrator)
• Proper layout grids, fonts, and consistent color usage
• Ready for export into presentation slides or embedded visuals

• Strong experience in dashboard and business presentation design
• Ability to create professional, modern, and data-driven layouts
• Experience with data visualization and infographic design
• Understanding of KPIs and executive summaries is a plus
