Sales Commission Spreadsheet

I am looking for someone to help me create a custom sales commission spreadsheet that I can use for an existing business. This spreadsheet needs to be both automated and manually updated, in order to track a variable rate commission. The spreadsheet processes should also include the ability to link directly to any customer database that I have, if necessary. I am looking for a Incentized commission plan that is within industry standards.
As an EXAMPLE: Sales Revenue is scaling up to $1m over 52 week. Profit is fixed at 40%. Sales person base is $80k annually.
The spreadsheet needs to be designed to calculate both individual and team commission rates that can be easily adjusted when needed. It should identify any discrepancies between expected and actual commissions earned, so that the data can be crosschecked and verified. If possible, I am open to any additional features or suggestions for customizing this spreadsheet for my business.
