Sage sales order customisation

I would like to get a sales order from sage cloud50 into excel in a customised format. The end goal is getting the sales orders into monday.com. I can manage the import into monday.com via excel but the way sage exports to excel is not compatible at all and we waste hours adjusting it manually.
