Safety Observation Tracking Table

I need a comprehensive table to track safety observations on our drivers.

Requirements:
- Table to display observation criteria (e.g., three points of contact, tug test, etc.)
- First column: Driver name
- Each observation can be marked as passing or coachable (failing)
- Separate tab with a summary chart for each driver:
- Total passing observations
- Total failing observations
- Column displaying criteria headers for all "Coachable" observations (those marked as failing)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Experience with data organization and table creation
- Attention to detail for accurate tracking and reporting
