SAS Validation Programmer

I am looking for a SAS programmer with advanced knowledge of macros. We need to validate a program used in clinical projects and therefore, we need someone to write a similar program but with a different approached.
All the documents and instructions with dummy files will be provided.
Summary:
1- Read several folders with several excel files
2-import only excel sheets needed for the final calculation
3-remove empty rows based on predefined information
4- merge several devices information for the same subject
5- check data from one of the devices and merge with the other devices
6- perform calculation and create new columns as per specifications
