I'm seeking a part-time SAP SuccessFactors Succession Modul a strong background in program and project management to lead process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of total experience, with specific expertise in managing IT projects.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of program/project management experience with stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience with Excel, including VLOOKUPs
- 1+ year of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Module
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of business processes, accounting, and planning
- Proficiency in MS Office and Enterprise Applications
