Room-Based School Timetable

I need a complete timetable built around our rooms rather than individual classes or teachers. Each space on campus—labs, halls, special-use rooms—has to be mapped out across the whole week so that every lesson, assembly, club meeting, and other non-teaching activity finds a slot with no clashes.

You will start from the list of rooms, periods, subjects, and extra activities I supply. Once the initial draft is ready, I’ll test it against real-world constraints (staff availability, cleaning windows, exam blocks) and send you any conflicts to resolve. The final file should be easy for me to update in future, so please recommend the most practical format and any tools or scripts you normally use for automated checks.

Deliverables:

• Editable source file in the agreed format
• Short hand-off note explaining how to adjust slots or add new activities later
