Robotic Process Automation for Invoice Management

I'm looking for a freelancer with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate a process related to managing invoices I receive via email.
The process to be automated involves:
- Downloading and saving invoices from my Outlook email. The invoices are in PDF format
- Extracting specific information from these invoices and compiling it into an Excel file. The information needed includes: Date, Total Amount, customer name, ICP Number, Meter Reads, Read date
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Proficient in RPA tools
- Strong understanding of Outlook
- Experience working with PDF files
- Excellent Excel skills
- Attention to detail to ensure all necessary information is correctly extracted and recorded
