Risk assessment template in Excel
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I require an excel, or similar tool made to help speed up the time our risk assessments take to complete.
The data entry that would be required is:
in the current excel:
1. Attendance and approval, this would need to be user-modifiable
2. Risk assessment, this would be where the users identify the hazards in and select the hazards from a drop-down list, which then auto-completes the rest of the data entries from the database with is currently in the Risk Matrix, this would need to be able to expand and retract as required.
3. Risk Matrix, this would be the tab under which the risk assessment database from where the form is completed. This list will have approximately 400 entries and needs to be modifiable by the user.
4. Print Page, this would be the page that is printed and shared for approvals. The format will be determined once the rest of the work is completed.
- The print page would need to have the following order, title, Approvals, the risk assessment, Outcome,
attendees.
