Risk Profiling Calculator in Excel

I am looking for an experienced Excel expert to create a Risk Profiling Calculator. The calculator should calculate a score based on answers selected (information provided in PDF including questions, answers and scoring for each answer. See attached files
No VBA or Macros. Just excel formulas
The client has specified that they would like the calculator to perform specific formulas or calculations.
The desired output format for the calculator results should be numerical values.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet formulas
- Experience in creating complex calculators and risk assessment tools
- Ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
