Rightmove Property Tracking & Updates

I'm seeking an expert to track and compile a list of properties from www.rightmove.co.uk for properties all around London only with date it was uploaded to Rightmove. The list needs to be in Excel format and should include the address of each property & identification when a property updates to sold or under offer. I have included a screenshot from Rightmove and arrows showing the data that needs to be captured.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with Excel
- Knowledge of real estate data tracking

Key Requirements:
- Regularly updated list of properties with the date it was uploaded/reduced around London on Rightmove
- Regularly updated list of properties that has changed its status to Sold or Under Review
