I'm looking for a seasoned Excel expert with a strong background in financial analysis to help me create a comprehensive financial forecasting spreadsheet.
The goal is to project costs and revenues for new retail locations based on our historical data.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Sales Revenue: You'll be forecasting potential income from various sources based on our past sales data.
- Expenses: The main focus will be operational costs, but you'll also need to consider marketing costs and staff salaries.
- Cash Flow: You'll need to predict how cash will flow in and out of these new locations based on your forecasts.
Historical Data:
You will have access to our sales data, expense records, and customer foot traffic data. Your ability to analyze this data and make accurate forecasts will be key to the success of this project.
Ideal Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills: You should be able to create complex formulas, use pivot tables, and create graphs and tables to display the data clearly.
- Financial Analysis: A strong background in finance will help you to understand the data and make accurate predictions.
