Residential Construction Cost Estimation Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a civil cost estimator who can prepare an accurate, item-by-item cost breakdown for a residential build that has already moved into the construction phase. All structural drawings, specifications, and site reports are available; what I need is a clear, professionally formatted estimate showing current market rates, labour, materials, and any provisional sums so I can keep cash-flow on track and flag potential overruns early.
The estimate should be compiled in Excel (or compatible software) and reference the prevailing schedule of rates for our region. Please include waste factors, contingencies, and separate subtotals for major work packages (excavation, concrete, masonry, roofing, MEP, finishes already under contract). Accuracy and transparency are more important than optimistic numbers—I need something I can hand straight to my lender and project manager without additional rework.
