Residential BOQ & Billing Support

I’m overseeing a set of RCC residential building sites and need a civil engineer who can step straight into the billing workflow. Your core focus will be turning drawings and site measurements into accurate BOQs and BBS schedules, then translating those numbers into clear RA bills for the client.

Right now every quantity, rate and claim sits in structured Excel sheets, so solid command of formulas, look-ups and pivot summaries is essential. If you prefer shifting parts of the process into AutoCAD or a dedicated billing tool, I’m open, but the final numbers must still flow back into the current Excel templates for sign-off.

Because these are residential projects, familiarity with block-work, RCC frame, finishing items and the typical sequencing of such jobs will let you spot gaps before they reach site. Coordination with my site engineer (phone and WhatsApp) will be needed whenever measurements or revisions arise.

• Bar Bending Schedules tied to latest structural drawings
• Draft and final RA bills ready for client submission, showing cumulative quantities and certified balances
