Specifications.
1. Define the fixed income market.
2. What are the government bonds in Mexico? Explain the characteristics of those bonds issued by the government.
3. Graph the yield of the Cetes to 28 days, also the monthly inflation and the monthly average exchange rate. All three variables in a single line graph. Please make the graph for the maximum period that the data of the three variables are available, that is, from the oldest to the most recent.
4. Interpret the graph and comment on when each of the three variables reaches maximum and minimum points. Do these maximum and minimum points make sense if they are contrasted with the economic situation of the country at that time? Do you see any correlation between the movements of the three variables? Should there be a strong correlation between these three variables? Please comment in detail the more analysis is developed the better.
