Required live data in Excel From google finance in described format

I required live current data(no delay) in Excel From google finance for nifty index in sheet 1(+Nifty Future in sheet 2) and bank nifty index in sheet 1 (+Bank nifty Future in sheet 2) and also plot price difference with line graph based on BUY when market open in both segment i.e. nifty and banknifty with arrow mark on crossover of line(nifty & banknifty line chart crossover) graph with alert sound.
