Reposting this project as it would seem that the instructions I used before are too complex to understand and have resulted in a complete waste of my time and that of the freelancers who attempted to undertake the project.
I need to achieve the following: Create TWO template Excel files which my client can use to enable them to produce consistently designed Invoices.
There are two templates required. One for external use and one for inter-company use. The templates are basically of a similar layout.
I require a Template in Excel which allows my client to enter data into the template, have the template complete some simple calculations, include a creation date which does not change if the file is opened again on a different day, that includes buttons on the template to enable them to Send the resulting Invoice in either XLS or PDF format by email, to Save the Invoice to a pre-defined folder with a filename matching the invoice number, to Print the Invoice. The templates need to be secure and not allow the client (or anyone else) to change content other than the identified data input areas. The templates need to allow for multiple rows to be added and calculated within the Invoice.
I have created two XLS files (attached) which are based on the requirements - text in red is for descriptive effect only and not to appear on the final template although there should be some information to advise the client what information is required in that particular input element etc, and the chosen freelancer should use these are the basis of the design/layout. Printed invoices should always fit to an A4 sheet and display at that size.
Budget is fixed at $60 for the complete project and final templates are required in 24hrs please. Please do not waste your time or mine bidding if you cannot complete this work in the required time.
