Reports on Windows files creation and upgrading

I am looking for a freelancer to create reports on Windows file creation and upgrading. The reports should include specific information such as file creation dates and times, file sizes and locations, and file upgrade history.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows file systems and data analysis
- Experience in generating reports in graphical form, showing the size and time of file production or upgrades
- Ability to create figures and corresponding tables with file names in the preferred format (Excel, PDF, Word)
- Familiarity with generating reports on a weekly basis
