Reporting, looker studio and GA expert

I have a custom report which is made in excel everyday by collating data from three sources which GA4, Google data studio & Excel. I need someone who can help me automate this entire report by using a chrome extension or using API to build data. The report is a little complex and we will need to do a call to help you understand. But the person should be well versed with Google data studio, Excel and Google analytics. We will have to build an automation and the data is updated automatically by fetching the data fields from Google anaytics 4 and Data studio and report can be made through automation. Someone who knows how to pull data by building API is desirable
