Report automation

I am looking for a freelancer to help automate the report process for me. The type of report includes records keeping and financial data which is currentl y created by taking data from Outlook and putting it into Microsoft Excel. I'm hoping to find a solution that will allow for both data entry/calculations, as well as data analysis and visualization - all within a single product using VBA.The goal is to reduce the manual labor and time associated with generating the report and to provide more detailed and accurate results. Ideally I'd like a product that can be integrated into my existing processes.
