Repeat values in x times in Excel

Hi,

I'm preparing my small firm's quarterly report and need a really simple formula.

So, basically my data (input) is like this:

Catergory Product item QTY Price
product1 test1 1 150
product2 test 2 2 300

And I need to add 3 more row for every product (because of the quarter year) and divide price column with 3 (+ add Colum --> date for each quarter).

It should in other words look like this (output):

Category Product item QTY Price Date
product1 test1 1 50 31.7.2022
product1 test1 1 50 31.8.2022
product1 test1 1 50 30.9.2022
product2 test 2 2 100 31.7.2022
product2 test 2 2 100 31.8.2022
product2 test 2 2 100 30.9.2022
