Renko charts optimisation

I'm after either excel or any other format of software that takes the set price of data (a lot) so smooth out a Renko chart. Cycle through a set of parameters namely:
1. Open offset % 0 onwards
2. Reversal Open offset % 0 onwards
3. Reversal bar size % 0 onwards

price data is in an excel csv file format
