Relation Between 3 Cells in Excel

we need to develop some kind of formula that can show on first sight which products are heavily needed and which stock nearly runs out; maybe in a red color; so we need to find out if difference stock - Alarm is as small as possible or maybe even negative and If Differnece Min Quantity to Order - Stock is as big as possible than we need to mark it somehow
