Redesign and Relocation Project

This is a construction project but I need a couple of very interactive worksheets to assign work, RAG status, formulas, pivot tables and action log updates that also calculates how long an action has been open for and then some option to either close or close and reassign.
Ideally be able to assign tasks on share point etc.
I want a smarter version of this dashboard as this already has some issues.
