**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough database searches to identify potential candidates.

- Coordinate and manage communications with shortlisted candidates.

**Requirements:**

- Strong database search skills and ability to use various sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet weekly targets of providing at least 10 relevant candidates.
